Two More Bundys Arrested: The Mindless Unconstitutional Government Rolls On

This is so disgusting. The statist mentality has infested every federal enforcement agency and the federal government is running scared. Have you raised your voice in dissent against the government’s unlawful land grabs out west? Then get ready to meet your Maker, or your Slavemaster (who somehow has come to think it created you). They are picking off the ones who stood up to protect the Bundy family from gun-pointing BLM thugs. Never forget – the BLM pointed guns at innocent ranchers and their family before anyone pointed guns back at the unlawful BLM criminals.

Today, March 03, 2016, has been a very dark day for the Constitution, as badge-toting statist ego-maniacs arrested good Americans for standing up to the federal government’s criminality. Just hours ago, on March 03, 2016, the Salt Lake Tribune posted this article with a pictured fingerprint over-layed with the appropriate name for what this government has done – “CRIME” — Though the newspaper wants readers to think that the victims of these arrests are criminals, history will show that the government and its minions are the ones who actually have committed “crime”.

Excerpts from article:

Federal agents made arrests in six states — including Utah — on Thursday, rounding up supporters of Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy for their participation in a 2014 armed standoff with federal agents.

In all, 12 men were arrested, including two of Bundy’s sons: David “Davey” Harold Bundy, 39, of Delta, Utah, and his brother, Melvin D. Bundy, 41, of Round Mountain, Nev., federal officials said.

The men are two of the 14 children of Cliven Bundy, the 69-year-old Bunkerville, Nev., cattleman who last month was arrested and indicted on 16 federal charges related to a standoff near his ranch as part of a long-running dispute with the Bureau of Land Management over unpaid grazing fees….

In a news release, the U.S. Department of Justice said the arrests follow the Wednesday return of a new grand jury indictment in Nevada’s U.S. District Court.

The indictment charges 14 new individuals with one count each of conspiracy to commit and offense against the United States, conspiracy to impede or injury a federal officer, weapon use and possession, assault on a federal officer, threatening a federal law enforcement officer, obstruction of justice, extortion to interfere with commerce and interstate travel in aid of extortion.

The charges carry penalties ranging from five to 20 years in federal prison.

The indictment also alleges five counts of criminal forfeiture, which could require defendants to surrender more than $3 million in properties derived from the proceeds of the alleged crimes, the DOJ statement says.

“This investigation began the day after the assault against federal law enforcement officers and continues to this day,” Nevada’s U.S. Attorney Daniel Bogden said in a statement. “We will continue to work to identify the assaults and their role in the assault and the aftermath, in order to ensure that justice is served…

Also arrested on Thursday were: Gerald A. DeLemus, 61, of Rochester, N.H.; Eric J. Parker, 32, of Hailey, Idaho; O. Scott Drexler, 44, of Challis, Idaho; Richard R. Lovelien, 52, of Westville, Okla.; Steven A. Stewart, 36, of Hailey, Idaho; Todd C. Engel, 48, of Boundary County, Idaho; Gregory P. Burleson, 52, of Phoenix, Ariz.; Joseph D. O’Shaughnessy, 43, of Cottonwood, Ariz.; and Micah L. McGuire, 31, and Jason D. Woods, 30, both of Chandler, Ariz.

This is posted on the OK National Facebook page. It’s a story from nearly 2 years ago, but it’s a much needed reminder that some powerful people in government want the land that Bundy Ranch sits on.

The US government bought up all the land from ranchers in the Gold Butte area; Bundy Ranch is the last ranch there, and Mr. Bundy refused to sell like the others did. There is very little privately held land around the ranch, most of the parcels show the owner as “USA.” Also, Reid Bunkerville LLC owns some parcels in this area. Plus we’re now seeing an old mineral survey which shows uranium in this area. Could this be the real reason the government wants ranchers off this land, to sell the mining rights for the uranium? Is the land really needed for a mitigation area for the planned Chinese solar farm? Or is the land grab about valuable minerals beneath the land? It’s sure not about the desert tortoise, when a government conservation center took hundreds off the land and then killed them, poor little things. Congress should open an investigation into what is really behind the government’s aggressive efforts to grab this land at Bundy Ranch.

P.S. I must clarify. Only the link to the article is posted on the OK National Facebook page. The paragraph is my own words, NOT from Oath Keepers.

@ Elias if I sounded whining I apologize I wasn’t’ whining. But as you see there are others here who feel similar as I do. We see all these good people getting arrested for bogus charges, of which it doesn’t matter if it’s unconstitutional or not they’re still doing it. And Like Am above were all like WTF. As for the look to my Neighbors One is a Bernie Sanders supporter the rest are so scared of their shadows around me and speak very little English. The one I do talk to when asked if he’d heard about all this he said no, and really wasn’t concerned with what I had to say any hows. But again not whining. As for being prepared as I’ve stated that is why I haven’t been too silent as to where I live so if needed I can find someone with like minded attitude.
I do if he’s still around have a Lawyer who I talked to just shortly after Newtown, and he said yes he’d represent me if I needed. As AM above stated I’m only a civilian I joined to be part of something, and people who know how to do stuff I don’t.
As for the getting worse, yes! I am sure it will. Prophecy in the Bible makes it clear it will.
On my own side note, and can’t speak for all but I do believe were witnessing what is called the Remanent in Prophecy here so….
Hopefully my apology is accepted as it was meant, and that I do indeed have a pair as you so stated, this just sucks seeing good people get arrested and persecuted/prosecuted over what is their God giving right to do so.

csaaphill, I will answer your posting below, and hope to conclude that no apology is necessary at all. I’ll also offer my apology to you if I was a bit blunt. I’ve been dealing with the humanity factor with Oath Keepers for seven years now, and I grow a bit tight around the nerves sometimes — I’m nicer when I’ve had an old man’s rightful nap. 😉
      So to your post.

You said: @ Elias if I sounded whining I apologize I wasn’t’ whining. But as you see there are others here who feel similar as I do. My reply to that — we all stand in amazement that the government will be so openly criminal. It shows me that the elite are frightened by the general awakening, and are trying to, in typical government fashion, clamp down on it before it grows. Or, as that idiot Senator in Oregon termed it, “We don’t want that virus to spread” [my paraphrase]. So government is taking off the gloves with an intent shining in its eye — the intent to shut down the Constitutionist insurrection. It staggers me to grasp just how arrogant and candidly the government now openly declares that it need not be held to its founding legal charter, and so hates the restrictions that document places on governmental acquisition of concentrated power, that it will use brute force of militarized police in combat garb with battlefield equipment to keep the People down. I’ve never seen a better assessment of tyranny than the portrait our government’s actions now display. So I join you and the others here who are asking, WTF? A lot of Americans are feeling the same way, Bro.

My reply — Sorry about your luck. I suggest moving. Oath Keepers does not have a chapter in every town across the nation, despite what the SPLC is telling DHS. 😉 Maybe you can’t move, but if you can’t, then I don’t know what to suggest. Truth is, I’m not in the suggesting game anyway. Every man sees his own vision and makes his own choices in life, and takes the consequences as they fall. A men either sees something or he doesn’t, and if he doesn’t, nothing I could say would help him anyway. I only talk with people who don’t need to be taught that we’re in deep doo-doo. Keep your eye out for someone who can talk with you, and buy him a beer or drink and just be friends, without pushing anything, just letting him lead the conversation, and soon enough he’ll give you an opening and y’all will discover some things you have in common and relax into a more candid conversation. That’s where the work is done, Bro. One mind at a time, in real space and real time, face to face. But always remember to let the dude take the lead in the conversation. That automatically relaxes his inner barriers and he’ll hear you better for it when you do add something to what he’s just said. Either that, or move to the Northwest Redoubt where the woods are crawling with lions and bears and all known species of patriots.

You stated As for being prepared as I’ve stated that is why I haven’t been too silent as to where I live so if needed I can find someone with like minded attitude. My reply — Aha! I see. You joined expecting a group in which you could interact and become an active member. That would be the ideal circumstance, and I hope you end up being able to do that. It all depends on where you live. Some of our State chapters are very well organized and have intra-State districts or regions where meetings are held. It all depends on where you live. Many people join and find that there are no close-by active chapters, and so they inquire about starting a chapter. You might find help by clicking on the State Chapters link in the right-hand column on this page and asking about how to connect. Maybe you’ve already done that and got no response from anyone close by, I don’t know. But that’s all I can think of short of moving out to the Northwestern mountain States where lots of citizens have a different take on freedom than paople in other parts of the nation.

You said As for the getting worse, yes! I am sure it will. Prophecy in the Bible makes it clear it will.
On my own side note, and can’t speak for all but I do believe were witnessing what is called the Remanent in Prophecy here so….

My reply — I am an unemployed poet. I grok the fabulous nuances available in language when one uses the poet’s tools of figurative language. I’m not a Christian, but was raised one until I went off to war, which helped me graduate from Christianity into a more spiritually-oriented life-view, so I’m an Agnostic. To me, being Agnostic means that I don’t think I know enough to make a fully informed decision about what the heck I should believe. I’m open to anything that looks like truth to me. But having said that, I’ll also say this — anyone who can’t see Biblical prophecy fulfilling itself these days ain’t payin’ attention, yes? Look at the Federal government’s fixation on and addiction to the Middle East, for example. Don’t the fools know they’re playing the devil’s game by just even being there? Holy Sheesh, Mon! But the signs are everywhere, and I ain’t overlooking that while I’m searching for what, after all, to believe. I just don’t put my observations into Christian terminology. Like I said, I’m an unemployed poet. 😉

You saidHopefully my apology is accepted as it was meant, and that I do indeed have a pair as you so stated, this just sucks seeing good people get arrested and persecuted/prosecuted over what is their God giving right to do so.

My reply — If I recall correctly, the Good Book said something about “there shall be wailing and gnashing of teech…”, right? I talk with all types of people all over the country, and a great wind seems to be stirring the masses in their slumbers. People interpret it in their own subjective ways, individually, but most everyone now knows that something very wrong is afoot in our country. Your apology is accepted but it is also unnecessary. We’re all freaked out, Bro, that this insanity is actually happening here in America. I rely upon my spiritual balance to keep my sanity and keep my cool. I resent having to do that, because I’d rather be writing poetry and making jewelry, but at the same time, I see the blessing in experiencing the conscious awareness of the times, for, behold, the magnitude of the circumstance is perhaps the most intense of all human history. I forgive everyone for everything, including myself. I forgive those who think they are my enemy and would seek to control or regulate me, license me and tax me and prescribe my behavior patterns, enforced by the might of the government’s armies of agents and troops. They just do not know what they’re doing to their own descendants, so obviously they are innocent. To counter their drive against me I simply forgive them before they even act on me, and far out! they don’t! 😉
I am way behind on work, so I’m out of here. Bests to you and all who identify with your situation. Keep powder dry, metals oiled, food on hand, and a source of water that you can protect. And if you’re Christian, pray. But above all, keep your soul free of fear’s thought system, for fear will tie you to the body, and you’ll end up fearing death instead of facing it with a sense of purpose, with dignity, with the demonstrated will to die a free man in honor of your Maker.

      Salute!

LaVoy Finicum’s Widow to File Wrongful Death Suit against Oregon State Troopers: We Have Evidence that will “Shock the Conscience”

LaVoy Finicum’s widow, Jeanette Finicum, announced this week that she would be pursuing a wrongful death lawsuit against officials in Oregon. Her husband was murdered on January 26, 2016 in an ambush orchestrated by the Oregon State Police and the FBI. The Oregon State Police are attributed with the fatal shots.

“My family and I reject the biased, whitewash findings and conclusion reported yesterday,” Mrs. Finicum told media at a press conference at the Washington County Building in St. George on Wednesday.

According to the autopsy report of LaVoy Finicum, which was conducted by Clifford C. Nelson, MD, Finicum was shot multiple times in the back. And we know from the video that was taken from Shauna Cox’s cell phone that more shots were fired than just those that struck Finicum. In fact, FBI agents are under investigation for at least two rounds they fired.

Finicum was shot through the shoulder in the back, through the back into his chest and through the back into his abdomen. Though, he was dead, according to the autopsy report, those on the scene decided to handcuff him with his hands behind his back.

Yet, both the FBI and the Oregon State Police claim that the shooting was justified, even though no lives were in danger but Finicum’s and those in his vehicle.

Yet, Mrs. Finicum claims that she and her attorneys have evidence that the roadblock was a setup, or as eyewitness Victoria Sharp said, “an ambush.”

“I believe, my family believes, my lawyers believe that this evidence will ‘shock the conscience,” she said.

Mrs. Finicum also claims that the video produced by the Department of Justice was selectively edited and that the uncut version shows her husband with his hands up and walking away from his vehicle, which it does.

“A man to the right of the video obviously fired some projectile at him. Immediately he leaned over to his left hip area where it appeared some projectile hit him,” claims Finicum.

She also said that investigators left her husband in the snow for upwards of ten minutes without any type of medical attention because they knew they had killed him.

US Attorney for the District of Utah seems most concerned over a potential coverup in the FBI.

“The greater concern though is, why would an individual lie about firing their weapon? And then did others know and are they covering for him?” Tolman asked.

Levoy Finnicum from Malheur refuge UTAH was fired on by military contractors not FBI. Hence the reason no bullet casings found. Not FBI weapons but personal weapons tuned by said contractors and not FBI authorized ammunition hence the reason they will not reveal casings.
