Trump Fills the Swamp With Steven Mnuchin

drain-the-swampDonald Trump promised to “drain the swamp”. A lot of people were ecstatic to hear that, finally, there was a man who wanted to get rid of the incestuous relationships embodied in cronyism and the revolving door between Wall Street and Government, and the military industrial complex and the military. Well, some of his Cabinet choices would belie his plan to “drain the swamp. James Corbett, of the Corbett Report, interviews Michael Krieger, from Liberty Blitzkrieg, concerning some of Trumps Cabinet picks. One thing I learned from the interview is that Betsy Devos, Trump’s choice for Education Secretary, is the sister of Erik Prince, formerly head of Blackwater.

It is not enough to say that Trump won, and relax, thinking everything is all right, because Hillary Clinton was defeated. We must constantly hold his feet to the fire to do those things he promised during his campaign. No doubt he will do some, but some of his Cabinet picks should throw up Red Flags. Betsy Devos, Steve Mnuchin and his Economic Advisory Group are big Red Flags. It is the Globalists who are destroying the US, aided by their lackeys, including George Soros’ well funded organizations.

It may take a while for it to sink in for some but what many of you need to realize is that it doesn’t matter who gets in that office because that office is not what controls the government. That office is just the means by which the “handlers” control the government. This is why you were limited to Trump or Clinton, as they will do what they were told. Yes it is that cut and dry.

Before we throw stones, let’s look a little deeper at the person and how Trump might control those personalities. I could write an essay on those individuals that are mentioned above setting aside the initial coloration from some naysayers. But I’m more interested what they do tomorrow. I’m more interested beating the drum to march forward with an opportunity to fix some things; starting with our military spending and professional and sincere treatment/care of veterans. Scrutiny is good, it needs to be productive.

Jeff’s comment may be partially true, however an argument is that it is obvious that if Trump had ran and won the election in 2008 would Jeff still be standing on his claim? Bathhouse Barry is exactly as Jeff points out, a puppet; having not an ounce of orignial though, totally unimaginative, a child without a country. It does matter who is president and it matters greatly how that person interacts. Bathhouse Barry is a follower of those agendas we guard against, Trump is a patriot, American born, self made man, strong in reading and respecting the working man. He’d rather help pour concrete than sit behind a desk listening to how it’s being done.

I personally don’t ascribe to cut and dried.

I’ve always stood by that claim. One can ignore reality but one can not ignore the consequences of ignoring reality. I was glad to see trump win but I knew he would still be just another talking head. I don’t mean to be a pessimist but you must understand that to me the election, the office and the bank that owns it are nothing more than organized crime. Not one thing they have done in my lifetime was legitimate.

“I was glad to see trump win but I knew he would still be just another talking head.” Sure Jeff, Trump proved that he was just another talking head throughout the entire election process. Jumped in bed with the pundits, and will be doing NWO business.

Funny, I didn’t see any of that from Trump. Must be hard for you to recognize a real leader.

I would take this a little more serious if Michael Krieger did not have such an obvious bias against Erik Prince. He started the video by saying that everyone has an agenda. It’s pretty obvious that he does not think to highly of the security contracting business. Do a search about the connection between the two.

As for this Betsy Devos, has it not entered anyone’s mind that she might have gotten appointed based on her abilities?

Donald J. Trump is a puppet like all the rest of them. But what makes him more dangerous is the fact that he has a god complex. Every time anybody can see his demeanor is for everybody to bow down. Any eye can see from the way he makes his choices. He is a narcissist obsessed with revenge. This is why you see him lash out at anybody that he feels that mocks him. He is a magnet for beef. Right after he won there were 1000s of people protesting him. He is going to try to be a dictator. He is the image of what America is as of present. Fake, arrogant, and vain. Uncle Sam and GI Joe used to be the face of America. Now its Donald Trump. This country is going to be flushed down the toilet. It’s then going to be smitten with fire and desolation.

I’m 67 a Vietnam era vet. My grandfather was in the Navy during WWl. My father was an army platoon leader in WWII. He fought with Patton in the 5th Army. He was wounded and almost killed in a German artillery barrage north of Rome. He almost payed the full price to keep Adolf Hitler and the Nazi from ruling the world. I read history. I understand the intentions of the founding fathers. I’m motivated by my Christian faith. I understand sound economic theories. I also understand that America is in very big trouble. It seems appropriate that Americans who love this country who feel that we are in grave danger fly the flag upside down. We must acknowledge that our nation is seriously sick! We are in distress! I will fly my flag upside down and will be happy to ask my neighbors to do the same. NOW is the time to start speaking up! DISSENT is not racism, it is American. Don’t let all those who have given their lives have died in vein as we sit by and watch a fascist takeover of our great country! As a former member of the Armed Forces and a 20 year, Air Force veteran, (1993-2003). I do understand what it means to serve my country. I have shed blood sweat and tears in defense of what my country stands for. I know of friends and comrades that have made the ultimate sacrifice in defense of what my country stands for. I am doing whatever I can to keep our Service Members (my brothers and sisters in arms) safe. To fly the flag upside down is not a sign of disrespect. It is a signal for extreme danger. An egocentric, narcissistic, misogynist, sexist, sociopath, Donald Trump, has just taken power. He won the electoral college but lost the popular vote by over 2 1/2 million votes. He is not mentally or emotionally stable enough to be president. He has no military, government or diplomatic experience. He now has his finger on the nuclear trigger and controls of 20,000 nuclear weapons. For his cabinet, he has assemble the most radical group of right fascists our country has ever known. He will be a hundred times worse than George W Bush who 12 years ago almost destroyed our country. He will set the progressive movement back a hundred years. The one per-centers he represent will shred what little of what remains of our constitution and our liberties. He is going to be as bad as Hitler and Mussolini. We must do everything in our power to stop him. We will not surrender. We do not forget and we will not forgive.

“He will set the progressive movement back a hundred years. The one per-centers he represent will shred what little of what remains of our constitution and our liberties. He is going to be as bad as Hitler and Mussolini. We must do everything in our power to stop him. We will not surrender. We do not forget and we will not forgive.”

I’d be ecstatic if he actually set the “progressive” (communist) movement back a hundred years. Communism and fascism are two sides of the same totalitarian, Constitution killing, rights violating, mass-murdering coin. And what do you think Obama did for eight years? He did Bush one better, and not only had Americans on a secret snuff list, but actually used drones to intentionally kill American citizens, with no due process whatsoever. Just assassination.

And Obama signed the atrocious NDAA of 2012, which contained Orwellian claims of power to detain Americans in military custody, without Grand Jury indictment, and without a civilian trial, to subject them to “extraordinary rendition” to overseas groups and foreign nations (and you know that means torture, right?), and to try them by military tribunal, rather than before a jury of their peers, all in direct violation of Article III, Sections 2 and 3. The NDAA of 2012 is the single most totalitarian and dangerous piece of legislation in this nation’s history.

Were you asleep during all of that? Apparently you were, because it was “your guy” in power. I hate to break it to you, but both Bush and Obama met the textbook Mussolini definition of fascists, and both were deadly to our Bill of Rights.

Please reread the Constitution you swore to defend and then take a hard look at the actions of Obama, where he directly carried on the “work” of Bush.

We WILL hold Trump’s feat to the fire, but so far, he has not even been sworn in, and so he has not yet even begun to approach the damage done by both Bush and Obama, and by Hillary as well.

We need to get back to the Constitution, and you need to reconsider your support for the “progressive agenda.” Fat cats like George Soros fund “progressive” causes for a reason, and it is NOT to get rid of the power of the 1% elites. It is to help solidify it. Think about it. Don’t be a “useful idiot.” And the same admonition goes for the useful idiots who supported the incredibly unconstitutional actions of the Bush Admin because that was “their guy” in power.

Your Oath is to the US Constitution. It is NOT to a person, office, rank, etc.

      J. Reuben Clark: “God provided that in this land of liberty, our political allegiance shall run not to individuals, that is, to government officials, no matter how great or how small they may be. Under His plan our allegiance and the only allegiance we owe as citizens or denizens of the United States, runs to our inspired Constitution which God himself set up. So runs the oath of office of those who participate in government. A certain loyalty we do owe to the office which a man holds, but even here we owe just by reason of our citizenship, no loyalty to the man himself. In other countries it is to the individual that allegiance runs. This principle of allegiance to the Constitution is basic to our freedom. It is one of the great principles that distinguishes this “land of liberty” from other countries”.

The Bush family supported the Nazi’s. After that they supported/support the destruction of the USA, the US Constitution.

Obama never met the three requirements to be a US President. He could have received all of the votes and still would never be a US President. He is NOT a US President, and there should be no one following any orders he, or anyone HE put into office within the federal government give (remember, the military is supposed to be under the executive branch (not the UN). They have no lawful authority. (OF course neither do any who do not/did not keep their Oath and duties as written, but that is off topic.)

“Don’t let all those who have given their lives have died in vein as we sit by and watch a fascist takeover of our great country! ”

I, and most of us here agree with that sentence, but I am not sure you even understand that which you are Oath bound to and obligated to understand, and with that understanding be able to under take the requirements of that Oath to “support and defend the US Constitution”.

We are NOT supposed to have factions (parties) within the election process.

George Washington on factions in his farewell presidential speech: “The alternate domination of one faction over another, sharpened by the spirit of revenge, natural to party dissension, which in different ages and countries has perpetrated the most horrid enormities, is itself a frightful despotism. But this leads at length to a more formal and permanent despotism. The disorders and miseries, which result, gradually incline the minds of men to seek security and repose in the absolute power of an individual; and sooner or later the chief of some prevailing faction, more able or more fortunate than his competitors, turns this disposition to the purposes of his own elevation, on the ruins of Public Liberty.
Without looking forward to an extremity of this kind, (which nevertheless ought not to be entirely out of sight,) the common and continual mischiefs of the spirit of party are sufficient to make it the interest and duty of a wise people to discourage and restrain it.
It serves always to distract the Public Councils, and enfeeble the Public Administration. It agitates the Community with ill-founded jealousies and false alarms; kindles the animosity of one part against another, foments occasionally riot and insurrection. It opens the door to foreign influence and corruption, which find a facilitated access to the government itself through the channels of party passions. Thus the policy and the will of one country are subjected to the policy and will of another… ”

George Washington: “However [political parties] may now and then answer popular ends, they are likely in the course of time and things, to become potent engines, by which cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men will be enabled to subvert the power of the people and to usurp for themselves the reins of government, destroying afterwards the very engines which have lifted them to unjust dominion.”

John Adams: “There is nothing which I dread so much as a division of the republic into two great parties, each arranged under its leader, and concerting measures in opposition to each other. This, in my humble apprehension, is to be dreaded as the greatest political evil under our Constitution.”

John Adams: “Abuse of words has been the great instrument of sophistry and chicanery, of party, faction, and division of society.”

      You, at this time, have no idea of how Trump will be, anymore then we had any real idea of how the other presidents would really be until they took office – only surmises until after they actually took office. But what you should know, and should have known in the past, is that he, ALL those who serve as US Presidents, LAWFULLY have only the powers found in writing in Article 2, within the contract that he is under and Oath bound to – same as all US Presidents – the US Constitution;

The wording of the Presidential Oath is found in the Constitution in Article II, Section 1, Clause 8: ‘Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”’
US Presidents are held to a higher standard then anyone else by their Oath.

      Presidential duties:
Section 2: “The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.

He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.

The President shall have the Power to fill up vacancies that may happen during the Recess of the Senate, by granting Commissions which shall expire at the End of their next Session.

Section 3: He shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary Occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in Case of Disagreement between them, with Respect to the Time of Adjournment, he may adjourn them to such Time as he think proper; he shall receive Ambassadors and other public Ministers; he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all the officers of the United States.”

Those are the duties, in writing, that all US Presidents are required to do. If it is NOT found there, it is NOT a presidential duty. As long as you know those things, it is then up to you, us, to keep whoever is serving, regardless of party, to those duties ONLY.

Concerning Treaties, it is important to understand that those serving within the federal government may not lawfully circumvent the U.S. Constitution by international treaties. It may NOT do by Treaty what it is not permitted to do by the U.S. Constitution.

Alexander Hamilton: “The only constitutional exception to the power of making treaties is, that it shall not change the Constitution… On natural principles, a treaty, which should manifestly betray or sacrifice primary interests of the state, would be null.”

Thomas Jefferson: “In giving to the President and Senate a power to make treaties, the Constitution meant only to authorize them to carry into effect, by way of treaty, any powers they might constitutionally exercise.”

Thomas Jefferson: “Surely the President and Senate cannot do by treaty what the whole government is interdicted from doing in any way.”

John Jay, Federalist 64 says that treaties relate to “war, peace, and to commerce” and to the promotion of “trade and navigation”.

Alexander Hamilton: “… a treaty cannot be made which alters the Constitution or which infringes any express exceptions to the power of the Constitution of the United States.”

“Don’t let all those who have given their lives have died in vein as we sit by and watch a fascist takeover of our great country! ”

The “fascist takeover of our great country” started long ago, where were you then? To stop this requires you, and all that you can get to also, to read and know the US Constitution, then KEEP YOUR OATH.

God Bless and Stay Safe All

      Cal
If there were never intended to be action to defend the Constitution from those who are domestically attempting to destroy its power and authority, why would each Oath require it of those who take the Oaths?

Chief Tecumseh: “When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.”

1993 to 2003 is ten years, not 20.

If you subtract the 3 million illegal votes for Hillary, he wins the popular vote by a half million.

The electoral college is in place to prevent a few metropolitan areas deciding what’s best for the rest of the country. Look at the map again. It was red all over except for a few metro areas. New York, Houston, and Los Angeles can sink into a socialist/Marxist cesspool, but the rest of us want none of that garbage.

You are fear mongering about the nuclear trigger. There is plenty to fear in this world. Spread it out a little,…and hide under your bed until there is nothing left to fear,…like George Soros.

His assembly of right fascists, pales in comparison to the leftwing extremists who have been systematically dismantling the constitution,…in the name of “progress”.

Even if he is as bad as Hitler and Mussolini, he’ll never be as bad as Obama. Some people are forced to work extra jobs to pay for healthcare. One co-worker of mine pays $1600 a month for his family to have government mandated insurance. Another co-worker only pays $50 a month, simply because his wife doesn’t work. So co-worker #1 could have his wife quit her nursing job and only pay $50 a month, but that isn’t a fair choice. Instead, she took another nursing job, so they are working 3 jobs to pay for the family who chooses to have a stay at home mom. I’m not knocking stay at home moms, but rather the insanity of Obama care. Who thinks it’s a good idea for the government to impose mandatory expenditures on people who can’t afford them,…and then fine them if they don’t comply?

The reason Trump was elected was because we do not forget and we do not forgive.

I guess everyone has their own perspective. You shared yours, and I shared mine.

I know many of us want to embrace Trump. He said many things on the campaign trail that made sense and he defeated Hillary.
I just wish to remind everyone that we swore an oath to the Constitution, not to whomever is in power. Trump’s apparent lack of respect, and knowledge of, the Constitution is very troubling to me. If he leads by executive fiat as his 2 predecessors have I will not support him.
For now, I will reserve judgement until he is in office and shows us his true beliefs through action.

Amen to that! You will not be alone. We will do our best to correct him and cure his lack of knowledge, and if he does not respect the Constitution, and honor his oath, we will call him on it, and we will oppose him, just like we did Obama. We are honor bound to do so.
