I survived the Las Vegas shooting… Now what.

Don, an Oath Keeper member, who has the YouTube site Bullets For Freedom and Liberty, was at the Vegas concert and experienced firsthand the massacre of 59 concert-goers and the hundreds who were injured. In this video, Don gives his thoughts on the massacre and “gun control”.

    Colin Greenwood said, regarding the study “Firearms Control” made in 1972: “No matter how one approaches the figures, one is forced to the rather startling conclusion that the use of firearms in crime was very much less when there were no controls of any sort and when anyone, convicted criminal or lunatic, could buy any type of firearm without restriction. Half a century of strict controls on pistols has ended, perversely, with a far greater use of this weapon in crime than ever before.”

    Those that serve within the governmental positions, both high and low, get the Authority they use to act from the US Constitution. The objects of their lawful powers are listed (enumerated) within the Constitution. This means that they ALL must be authorized in the Constitution to act on an object before any Law, Statute, Treaty, Etc made by them on that object qualifies as part of “the supreme Law of the Land”. If the US Constitution does not authorize them to act on an object; be they serving as the President, or as one of the Congress, or serving within any position of the judicial branch, a governmental agency, the Treaty is not “Law” – it then becomes a usurpation, and deserves to be treated as such. (This can be verified by their own words within Federalist. 33).

    Why do I bring this up? Because at this time we have so many of the “domestic enemies” listed within the Oaths who serve within our governments.

    We have traitors openly serving within our government – go watch that older video of Panetta and Dempsey at a congressional hearing openly state that what used to be the US Military is now the UN military; PLUS that even before that hearing they were taking their orders from the UN as to where the “US” Military would be sent to invade, etc. This was about the same time as they authoriized the US Military to wear foreign uniforms, take foreign orders, etc and we STILL have those soldiers that refused those UNLAWFUL (and in my opinion, treasonous) orders imprisoned by domestic enemies who serve within our military and willingly used unlawful actions against them to do so.

    Unitl we actually start bringing charges, start implementing the tools that the US Constitution makes clear is that of the PEOPLE, not those who serve within government, we will end up with more governmental arranged “terrorist” activities against the American people. (This opinion is mine) Those domestic enemies and traitors who serve within our governments are the PROBLEM. At this time NO one who serves within the US Military or within Law Enforcement should NOT follow any order that is against the US Constitution to which they are Oath bound UNTIL we “clean house within our government.

    That is not difficult to do (NOT follow any order that is against the US Constitution) because it is in writing and available to all to know exactly what can and cannot be done. Example, unless and until the Congress declares war there is NO ONE who serves within our government that can send the US military to invade foreign nations or join foreign wars. NO ONE.

    James Madison: “The power to declare war, including the power of judging the causes of war, is fully and exclusively vested in the legislature … the executive has no right, in any case, to decide the question, whether there is or is not cause for declaring war.”

    George Washington: “The constitution vests the power of declaring war in Congress; therefore no offensive expedition of importance can be undertaken until after they shall have deliberated upon the subject and authorized such a measure.”

    Nor should we be allies with other nations;

    Thomas Jefferson: “I have ever deemed it fundamental for the United States never to take active part in the quarrels of Europe. Their political interests are entirely distinct from ours. Their mutual jealousies, their balance of power, their complicated alliances, their forms and principles of government, are all foreign to us. They are nations of eternal war.“

    John Quincy Adams: “America does not go abroad in search of monsters to destroy. She is the well-wisher to the freedom and independence of all. She well knows that by enlisting under other banners than her own, were they even the banners of foreign independence, she would involve herself beyond the power of extrication in all the wars of interest and intrigue, of individual avarice, envy and ambition, which assume the colors and usurp the standards of freedom.”

    Nor should any house here in America be broken into by “law enforcement” without the Supreme LAW of this land being followed exactly;

    Fourth Amendment: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

    This means that the people here in the USA are to be secure from unreasonable searches and seizures of property by any who serve within our governments. That the people are to be protected against arbitrary arrests, and it is the requirement of the law regarding search warrants, stop-and-frisk, safety inspections, wiretaps, and other forms of surveillance, as well as being central to many other criminal law topics and to privacy law that this process is ALWAYS followed. That every time that this is not followed it is another action against our legitimate government in order to destroy it – willingly, knowingly or not. It is also a felony and perjury on the part of every person that participated in that unlawful action. Yet, it not only still goes on by those that serve within a government that was created solely to PROTECT the natural rights of the people, but escalates.

    These false flag events where the people are MURDERED are each multiple crimes committed against our legitimate government including treason and terorism on the part of those that created and implemented them. They also will not be allowed to own even the clothes on their back, cars, homes, music, movies, food, water, etc. They need to start educating themselves on exactly the consequences they too will pay for their actions against the American people and the legitimate government of our nation. Remember the Oath and to who that allegiance goes to, and it is NOT to a person, office, postiion, group, or agency. It is to the US Constitution and to each state’s Constitution; that is because and so that everyone can always KNOW exactly what is and is NOT allowed because it is in writing for all to know.

    J. Reuben Clark: “God provided that in this land of liberty, our political allegiance shall run not to individuals, that is, to government officials, no matter how great or how small they may be. Under His plan our allegiance and the only allegiance we owe as citizens or denizens of the United States, runs to our inspired Constitution which God himself set up. So runs the oath of office of those who participate in government. A certain loyalty we do owe to the office which a man holds, but even here we owe just by reason of our citizenship, no loyalty to the man himself. In other countries it is to the individual that allegiance runs. This principle of allegiance to the Constitution is basic to our freedom. It is one of the great principles that distinguishes this “land of liberty” from other countries”.

    and where , may I ask is the MILITIA’s to ENFORCE the “laws’ of the Constitution….and bring the ‘breakers’ to justice….I think the # 1 priority of the Oath Keepers needs to be the re-formation of the State’s MILITIAS….with Edwin Vierra leading the project….men and women under ARMS following the law of the land the CONSTITUTION>>>>AND ANSWERING ONLY to its requirements…all others that do not adhere to it will be ARRESTED and tried in a Constitutional Militia court….imho

      “may I ask is the MILITIA’s to ENFORCE the “laws’ of the Constitution….”

      That Militia is every person that is trained as the Congress requires the US military to be trained, and educated in the US Constitution and their own state’s Constitution. As Publius Huldah said: “No State may lawfully make any law which contradicts its State Constitution or which interferes with Congress’ power to “organize, arm, and discipline, the Militia”.

      Accordingly, any State Statute which purports to require a permit before one may carry a gun is probably unconstitutional under that State’s Constitution; and is certainly unconstitutional under the federal Constitution because Congress may lawfully require able-bodied… Citizens to acquire firearms and ammo and report to their local Militia Unit for training!”

      Richard Henry Lee, 1788: “Whereas, to preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms, and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them; nor does it follow from this, that all promiscuously must go into actual service on every occasion. The mind that aims at a select militia, must be influenced by a truly anti-republican principle; and when we see many men disposed to practice upon it, whenever they can prevail, no wonder true republicans are for carefully guarding against it.” (Initiator of the Declaration of Independence, and member of the first Senate, which passed the Bill of Rights)

      George Washington: “It may be laid down, as a primary position, and the basis of our system, that every citizen who enjoys the protection of a free government…, but even of his personal services to the defence of it, and consequently that the Citizens of America (with a few legal and official exceptions) from 18 to 50 Years of Age should be borne on the Militia Rolls, provided with uniform Arms, and so far accustomed to the use of them, that the Total strength of the Country might be called forth at Short Notice on any very interesting Emergency.” (“Sentiments on a Peace Establishment”, letter to Alexander Hamilton; “The Writings of George Washington”)

      James Madison: “If our nation is ever taken over, it will be taken over from within.”

      Joel Barlow, “Advice to the Privileged Orders”: “The danger (where there is any) from armed citizens, is only to the *government*, not to *society*; and as long as they have nothing to revenge in the government (which they cannot have while it is in their own hands) there are many advantages in their being accustomed to the use of arms, and no possible disadvantage.”

      Consider what Yoshimi Ishikawa, Japanese author, said in the LA Times 15 Oct 1992 regarding Americans and weapons. This is a big hint as to why Japanese do NOT oppose their government: “Americans have the will to resist because you have weapons. If you don’t have a gun, freedom of speech has no power.”

      Mark Twain: “For in a Republic, who is “the country?” Is it the Government which is for the moment in the saddle? Why, the Government is merely a servant – merely a temporary servant; it cannot be its prerogative to determine what is right and what is wrong, and decide who is a patriot and who isn’t. Its function is to obey orders, not originate them.”

      What is happening today? Read the words of Norman Thomas (November 20, 1884 – December 19, 1968), former U.S. Socialist Party Presidential Candidate about 60 years ago and realize how long our country has been under assault: “The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But, under the name of ‘liberalism’, they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.”

      Frank Chodorov: “Freedom is essentially a condition of inequality, not equality. It recognizes as a fact of nature the structural differences inherent in man – in temperament, character, and capacity – and it respects those differences. We are not alike and no law can make us so.”

      Take heed of Patrick Henry’s words at the Virginia Convention, 1788: “You are not to inquire how your trade may be increased, nor how you are to become a great and powerful people, but how your liberties can be secured; for liberty ought to be the direct end of your government.” (as quoted by Thomas M. Moneure, Jr., in “Virginia’s Great Dissenters”, printed in the March, 1999, issue of American Guardian, pp 38-40) They apply more so today. Do not ask what party a candidate is in, ask what is their stand on the US Constitution, test their knowledge of it, and it matters not what position they are applying to occupy. Though it is also important to know that it is both parties that unlawfully changed the way our candidates are selected, not by an amendment, but by their decree and actions. Why do we accept this?

      For consideration, as here is where most of the grab for power comes from the deliberate misinterpreting.
      James Wilson: “I leave it to every gentleman to say whether the enumerated powers are not as accurately and MINUTELY DEFINED, as can be well done on the same subject, in the same language…nor does it, in any degree, go beyond the particular enumeration; for, when it is said that Congress shall have power to make all laws which shall be necessary and proper, those words are LIMITED AND DEFINED by the following, “for carrying into execution the foregoing powers”, it is saying no more than that the powers we have already particularly given (enumerated), shall be effectually carried into execution.”

      I can’t agree more. I can’t even find a local militia to adhere to though I’ve been seeking one out.

      That second interview is one of the most bizarre things I’ve seen in a long time. Brother is off the charts weird. Other one has a rap-sheet almost as long as your arm, drugs and weapons charges galore. It’s easy to see where this apple fell in relation to the family tree.
