Media Pile-On Tries to Discredit, Unseat NJ Republican by Smearing Oath Keepers as Terrorists

njok-768x511

According to New Jersey Homeland Security, New Jersey Democrats and New Jersey media, these are domestic terrorists, and any Republican associating with them needs to be criminally investigated.

“The truth?” a political attack ad for Democrat New Jersey Congressional challenger  and former Bill Clinton speechwriter Josh Gottheimer against incumbent Republican Scott Garrett asks. “Newspapers just caught Garrett at a fund-raiser with the leader of a home-grown terrorist militia group.”

A Clinton-backer promising truth should be all the red flags we need.

The “terrorist militia group”?  That would be Oath Keepers, assuming you can believe those newspapers, which appear to be doing everything they can to sway the electorate into accepting a political narrative that folds under minimal scrutiny. Witness recent headlines:

“Republican Chairman of Wall Street Committee Held Fundraiser with Official from ‘Domestic Terrorist’ Group,” Joshua Green of Bloomberg Business Week “reports.” (Yes, that Bloomberg.)

“Garrett event promoter tied to extremists,” NorthJersey.com weighs in. “Forget Wall Street banksters. Scott Garrett has new friends, on a terror list,” NJ.com echoes and embellishes.

Sensing political opportunity and more headlines, Senate Majority Leader Loretta Weinberg has called on Gov. Chris Christie to “denounce Garrett for his ties to the domestic terror organization” and on New Jersey’s attorney general to investigate if “Garrett violated New Jersey law, adding “In the wake of homegrown terror attacks – like the ones in Elizabeth, New York, and Seaside Park – the citizens of New Jersey deserve to know the full extent of Congressman Garrett’s connections to this terrorist organization.”

Yes, that’s Loretta Weinberg of “Confiscate, confiscate, confiscate” notoriety.

As an aside, it’s curious that Weinberg was referring to Islamist “domestic terror” acts with the principle suspect being one of those “refugees” Democrats are bound and determined to seed and embed throughout the Republic. Any connection to Oath Keepers was left (purposely) unstated, because there is none, and because the agenda here is to destroy them.

Which makes it fair to ask what the Democrat politicians and their “news media” publicists are talking about, and what else they’ve gotten wrong in their ceaseless, agenda-driven mission to conflate, smear, misinform and confuse. The answer is pretty much everything.

Oath Keepers as an organization had nothing to do with event. It was “sponsored by the Bergen County New Jersey for Liberty in conjunction with American Bedrock Foundation,” the latter of which “provided logistic support for the NJ Oath Keeper Billboard Project.”  This is simply intentional divide-and-conquer deception. And yes, of course the “journalists” knew that – they’re just counting on those relying on them for “information” not being informed.

OK, but what about Oath Keepers being a “domestic terror organization”? Where’s the evidence of that, including successful and thwarted attacks, leadership indictments, convictions…?

The Democrats and their media amplifiers get their cover from a New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness “analysis,” claiming:

The militia movement is decentralized, but it has two large followings—the Oath Keepers and the Three Percenters. Both have members who justify the use of violence to counter perceived threats or violations to the US Constitution.

and:

Militia extremists pose a moderate threat to New Jersey because of fundraising and recruitment efforts in the state, involvement in protests and standoffs across the United States, and their ability to coordinate and organize on a national scale. The Oath Keepers and Three Percenters have been actively recruiting in New Jersey since 2012.

That’s it. They then proceed to produce absolutely nothing incriminating against Oath Keepers and the Three Percent movement. For the record, Three Percent founder Mike Vanderboegh, concerned that opportunists and provocateurs would co-opt and exploit a movement, took pains to explain what the idea is about.  It’s not about recruiting “members,” and those who say it is either don’t understand the concept, or insidiously, do, and are disregarding Mike’s cautions for reasons of their own.

And Oath Keepers?

Oath Keepers is a non-partisan association of current and formerly serving military, police, and first responders, who pledge to fulfill the oath all military and police take to “defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” That oath, mandated by Article VI of the Constitution itself, is to the Constitution, not to the politicians, and Oath Keepers declare that they will not obey unconstitutional orders, such as orders to disarm the American people, to conduct warrantless searches, or to detain Americans as “enemy combatants” in violation of their ancient right to jury trial.

That’s “domestic terrorism” in New Jersey? So are we to assume Josh Gottheimer, Loretta Weinberg, and their media attack dogs are in favor of warrantless searches, secret trials, full citizen disarmament and the like? (The answer, of course, is “Yes.” It’s what totalitarians do.)

Had just one “reporter” lifted so much as a finger to do some, you know, fact-checking, he’d have discovered the Bylaws (they have their own separate tab  and everything!), which include this non-negotiable restriction on membership:

No person who advocates, or has been or is a member, or associated with, any organization, formal or informal, that advocates the overthrow of the government of the United States or the violation of the Constitution thereof, shall be entitled to be a member or associate member.

That sure throws cold water on the domestic terrorism idea.

Add to that revelations — in just the Malheur case alone — that the government has employed up to 15 paid “Confidential Human Sources,” and it’s evident that where fire can’t be produced, there are embedded assets doing what they can to generate smoke. It’s why the Bylaws also specify a Code of Conduct. It’s why opinions expressed by individuals are not binding on the rest of us. It’s why we must be sensitive to provocateurs trying to incite criminal actions in discussions of principle. No shortage of trolls and provocateurs continually attempt to tar the whole with calculated malevolence serving political and enforcement/entrapment ends.

It doesn’t take much to figure out who the real domestic enemies are in all this, but that necessitates being able to get the word out and then having a populace conditioned by manipulation being receptive to it. In the case of New Jersey, that’s not realistic without some major changes, and for the intents of swaying this election, is pretty unlikely. Still, there is one thing that’s “doable,” that is, if enough of you feel like doing it.

Send Chris Christie a simple message, via email, Facebook, Twitter or snail mail (Office of the Governor PO Box 001 Trenton, NJ 08625):

Gov. Christie: Oath Keepers aren’t terrorists. As a matter of fact, if you’re doing your job right, you’re an oath-keeper. After all those gushing things you had to say about Christopher Rodriguez when you appointed him New Jersey Homeland Security and Preparedness Director, you have a vested interest in him getting things right. Please have him stop taking political talking points from leftist groups and stop tarring patriots currently serving in or retired from the military, law enforcement and first responder professions as “domestic terrorists.”

I went to L. Weinberg’s website. Her claims to fame seem to be her association with former NJR Governor Corzine. If you remember, it was Corzine who lost a whole lot of money while a head honcho at a banking firm, and to cover his losses he dipped into the private accounts of that firm. He lost their money, too. Gerald Celente, publisher of “Trends”, was very vocal, since he had a large amount taken out of his account by Corzine. Her other claim to fame seems to be her voting for large sums of US taxpayer money being given away as “foreign aid” to a very rich Middle Eastern country. (Cough cough, as you might hear at the TomatoBubble). I would just like to know how Weinberg ever got elected. Was it thru voter fraud, since actually she doesn’t seem to have a brain in her head ? I just wonder where she got her campaign financing from. Perhaps we should do an in depth investigation into her campaign financing, and do an in depth investigation into her associates, foreign & domestic.

“Oath Keepers is a non-partisan association of current and formerly serving military, police, and first responders, who pledge to fulfill the oath all military and police take to “defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” That oath, mandated by Article VI of the Constitution itself,…”

The only parts of the above I disagree with is this sentence, “… who pledge to fulfill the oath all military and police take…”.

Why? Because everyone who serves within our government are REQUIRED to take and KEEP that Oath – except for those that serve as a US President who are held to an even HIGHER standard of Preserving, Protecting, and Defending the US Constitution. Everyone else who serves within government takes the Oath to “Support and Defend” the US Constitution.

Support – furnishing funds or means for maintenance; to maintain; to provide for; to enable to continue; to carry on. To vindicate, to maintain, to defend, to uphold with aid or countenance. To provide a means of livelihood. http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/support

And from a separate source – to agree with or approve of (someone or something); to show that you approve of (someone or something) by doing something; to give help or assistance to (someone or something) http://thelawdictionary.org/support-n/

Defend – To prohibit or forbid. To deny. To contest and endeavor to defeat a claimor demand made against one in a court of justice. To oppose, repel, or resist. In covenants of warranty in deeds, it means to protect, to maintain or keep secure,to guaranty, to agree to indemnify.
    http://thelawdictionary.org/defend/#ixzz4NNnomOcl

And from a separate source – to promote the interests or cause of; to uphold or defend as valid or right; to hold up or serve as a foundation or prop for; to keep (something) going http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/support

*28 C.F.R. Section 0.85 Terrorism is defined as “the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives”.

So by that definition the terrorist organizations are many of those serving within our governmental branches and agencies. Why do I say that? Because we are a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC and the US Constitution defines our government, separates and assigns the different duties, is the supreme law of our land, etc. It is that document that is our government, not the people who SERVE WITHIN the state and federal governments as they are there to carry out the duties that are put into writing so that no person can forget them – unless they are deliberately dumbed down, propangandized, subliminized, etc.

It is also important to know that we have the right to know those, and what they do, that serve within our governments; but they do not have the right to know us and what we do.

John Adams: “Liberty cannot be preserved without a general knowledge among the people, who have a right… and a desire to know; but besides this, they have a right, and indisputable, unalienable, indefeasible, divine right to that most dreaded and envied kind of knowledge, I mean of the characters and conduct of their rulers.” (“A Dissertation on the Canon and Feudal Law” (1765))

John Adams wrote to Abigail April 26, 1777 and said: “Is it not intolerable, that the opening Spring, which I should enjoy with my Wife and Children upon my little Farm, should pass away, and laugh at me, for laboring, Day after Day, and Month after Month, in a Conclave, Where neither Taste, nor Fancy, nor Reason, nor Passion, nor Appetite can be gratified?
Posterity! You will never know, how much it cost the present Generation, to preserve your Freedom! I hope you will make a good Use of it. If you do not, I shall repent in Heaven, that I ever took half the Pains to preserve it.”

Thomas Paine: “Those who expect to reap the blessings of freedom, must, like men, undergo the fatigues of supporting it. The event of yesterday was one of those kind of alarms which is just sufficient to rouse us to duty, without being of consequence enough to depress our fortitude. It is not a field of a few acres of ground, but a cause, that we are defending, and whether we defeat the enemy in one battle, or by degrees, the consequences will be the same.”

    I also stand with Oathkeepers.

“Extremism in the defense of Liberty is no vice.”

I see it attributed to Barry Goldwater (rest in Peace) in 1964, but have seen it also attributed to another fellow whose name I can’t recall. No matter, I believe the sentiment to be truth.

So now the media is supporting the DHS in their claims that Veterans are terrorists. Well what do you expect when good law abiding Veterans stand in the way of criminal government?
Do you think the chemically and psychologically castrated Millennials of today are going to do anything? Hell the most of they do not know which bathroom to use.

Why doesn’t Oath Keepers sue the pants off these organizations for defamation? Active duty military and law enforcement will refuse to associate with a group if there is even the chance that these “domestic terrorist” comments will be attached to them for their ties to the organization.

I’m so sick and tired of the government lambasting people who take that Oath seriously. Oath Keepers leadership, It’s time to fight back! Take these shill organizations to task in a court of law and end this billshit once and for all.

Sending letters to politicians?! That’s seriously your answer in 2016? We KNOW that they are going to demonize Patriot organizations until everyone believes that we are terrorists, and it needs to be stopped, NOW!
