A person is legally allowed to shoot someone whom has invaded their home, and is robbing them.
It is interesting how people who commit the same crimes with pens and phones, who add the title executive to their names, seem squeamish about their behavior becoming public.

Perhaps what she meant to say was that her pension and benefits are in jeopardy.

Hexagonal Kneepad Collection Services, LLC….a subsidiary of Hexagonal Kneepad Manufacturing, er, I mean the IRS, is above the law. One needs no time machine, fortune teller, or crystal ball to see that Lois Lerner will come out smelling like a rose law firm.

RNS; we are going to win this because we are that much better than our enemies. They wish us harm…while we pray for their souls. Exactly as our Lord taught us…Yuge distinction my patriot friend! 😉

Point taken, Chip. I should have re-stated that I hope she is in fear for her life, just as her actions have made honest people fear their government. I wasn’t suggesting we go off her.

I do not condone senseless violence. With that being said, my reaction to Lois Lerner’s fears for her personal safety tends towards the “boo-hoo” end of the spectrum. Having to walk a few miles in someone else’s moccasins is always instructive, and hopefully educational. I’m glad Mrs. Englebrecht remained professional on air, I applaud her for that. Plus, she’s absolutely right–whatever hearings may happen in the future MUST be open to the public eye–secret courts were abhorrent to our forefathers and should be the same with us. To be sure, that’s one reason this bullying has gone unchecked for so long. Thank you for sharing this with us!

Lois Lerner should be endanger of her life being ended because she should be prosecuted for treason and *terrorism. She was working against the American people and using the threat of force, and/or actual force to do so. There is no delegation of authority for an IRS to be created and used against the American people. There is no delegation for those who serve within our governments to spy on the American people, or to break and enter into their home EXCEPT only under certain listed in writing circumstances, and to ONLY be done in a manner described in writing.

That/those prohibitions, forbiddens applies to all who serve within our governments, at all times. To do other then what is listed in the US Constitution – no matter who orders it to be done – is to be working AGAINST our nation, AGAINST the American people; to be assisting in whatever way ordered to destroy our nation and legitimate government from within.

The Oath makes it your PERSONAL responsibility. The choice is always yours. Stand for your nation, legitimate government, your people, or assist in their/its destruction as Lois Lerner was doing. AS Hillary Clinton was doing, would still be doing, probably still is doing. Etc. It really is in black and white all, the US Constitution is in writing, it says exactly what it means; and if one has questions there is much to refer to that the framers wrote/debated/etc to expand ones understanding.

Color of law. The appearance or semblance, without the substance, of legal right. Misuse of power, possessed by virtue of state law and made possible only because wrongdoer is clothed with authority of state, is action taken under “color of law.” Black’s Law Dictionary, Fifth Edition, page 241.

*28 C.F.R. Section 0.85 Terrorism is defined as “the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives”.
