GOOD GUYS WITH GUNS – How the 2nd Amendment Can Stop School Shootings

Some of us may thus feel our gun rights are secure with Republicans dominating the White House, Senate and House.  However — with the latest mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Floridathis sense of security may be false. The liberal, “Get-Trump,” Mainstream Media is going after guns more viciously than ever.  They’re even enlisting the kids of America to help out with the proposed new infringements.

Progress Report

09 March 2018

The documentary motion picture, GOOD GUYS WITH GUNS – How the Second Amendment Can Stop Mass Shootings, will address the causes and solutions for the mass shootings we are seeing in the high schools, churches and “gun-free zones” across America.

Some have asked, “what is the distribution plan for the movies I am donating production funds for?”  The answer to this perfectly valid question is embodied in our most recent movie, MAINSTREAM.  If you watch MAINSTREAM you will get a three and a half hour seminar on how the Mainstream Media operates and why it blocks films that are conservative; films that champion the Second Amendment; films that advocate free-market capitalism; and films that respect the Biblical-inspired U.S. Constitution.  Given this, much of our distribution plan is to avoid what we call the Trolls on the Bridge to Liberty. Specifically, the Trolls are the distributors under the domination of the Hollywood and New York “CONTROL GROUP,” such term fully and accurately defined in MAINSTREAM.

Thus, our production-distribution plan for the movies has been basically the following:

1) avoid distribution deals with the Trolls;
2) make as many movies as possible;
3) make the movies inexpensively but increasingly better;
4) make the movies on important issues that no one else confronts;
5) center the movies on Liberty and Constitutional principles;
6) put the movies on Public Access TV and the Internet for free;
7) chop the movies up into hundreds of clips to create “ scatter-bombs” of knowledge;
8) release DVDs at places like World Net Daily, News With Views, Reality Zone, Movie Pubs, Amazon;
9) innovate new methods of distribution through Internet grass roots and “Lab Letter” rights;
10) repeat 1 – 10.

So if you like our distribution plan:

Here is what it boils down to:

1) We “keep and bear” revolvers and pistols to protect us from burglars and thieves;

2) We “keep and bear” rifles and shotguns for target shooting and to hunt for food;

3) We “keep and bear” AR-15s and AK-47s as a deterrent against tyranny and for state Militia duty.

The Mainstream Media and the Gun-Control Lobby rarely, if ever, mention point 3.  By omitting the concept of potential TYRANNY and the MILITIA, they make it look like keeping and bearing “weapons of war” is irresponsible and dangerous.  What they can’t seem to get -– or don’t want to reveal — is the fact that GOVERNMENTS ARE DANGEROUS.  Governments have slaughtered over 171 million people in the past century, and this does not even include wars.  We discuss this in two films many of you helped us produce, MOLON LABE and MIDNIGHT RIDE.

So it is important that we make GOOD GUYS WITH GUNS because, unless we apply the four clauses in the U.S. Constitution that deal with the right to “keep and bear”, we may never solve this problem of “active shooters” in our schools and public places.

As Wayne LaPierre of the NRA wisely says: “The only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun.”  This is so true, we have decided to underscore it by naming our documentary with the title, “GOOD GUYS WITH GUNS – How the Second Amendment Can Stop Mass Shootings.”  And by Second Amendment we mean ALL of the Second Amendment, including the first 13 words: “A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free state.”

We have a great cast of experts lined up for GOOD GUYS WITH GUNS and you can review them at the official site at www.Good-Guys.us  You can also review the narration Script and the production Budget at the official site.  The narration script and the documentary are inspired by THIRTEEN WORDS — a book written by EDWIN VIEIRA, JR.  Dr. Vieira, with four degrees from Harvard, is one of the foremost Constitutional attorneys in the nation.  Among his many other books on the U.S. Constitution are The Sword and Sovereignty and By Tyranny Out Of Necessity – all available at Amazon.com.

Thank you for acknowledging the changes we made in the project with your generous donations between 17 Feb 2018 and today. If you continue to donate we can get started setting up interviews around the country and bring into the film experts -– such as STEWART RHODES, LARRY PRATT, G. EDWARD GRIFFIN, STEVEN WILLEFORD, REP. CYNTHIA McKINNEY — that will truly explain why we “keep and bear.”

Unfortunately these mass shootings will probably continue until the Mainstream Media-indoctrinated public is brought to a fuller understanding of why the Founders wanted WE THE PEOPLE to “keep and bear.”  Given this, the producers and sponsors of this film believe mass shootings can be stopped by “good guys with guns” or what the Founders would refer to as “well regulated Militia.”  It’s thus important to get this movie done quickly.

GOOD GUYS WITH GUNS will be our 9th feature-length documentary.  All of our movies are public service projects and the evidence shows that we ARE making a difference.  These films are making a difference. Verify my claim by watching the past productions and see if they don’t match up to many of the improvements we see happening right now.  All of the films are up for free at www.HomeVideo.net or you can get them on higher-quality DVD at www.MoviePubs.net

You are greatly appreciated for donating what you have, and what you may in the future. Thank you.  A “free state” and “a more perfect union” are made possible by the men and women who care.

Sincerely,

JAMES JAEGER,

Producer/Director

    The Republican Governor of FL just signed into law raising the age to purchase firearms from 18 up to 21…the NRA is suing him according to this report: http://thehill.com/regulation/court-battles/377694-nra-sues-over-new-florida-gun-legislation-report

    Is Oath Keepers sounding more like fake news? Then why must it talk about past shooting as if some dumb kid orchestrated it all by himself? Where is the evidence? If Cruz is a real shooter of this latest shooting in My Florida State was his cloth tested for powder residue? Was the spent cartridge casings striation marks matched to the suspected rifle chamber? Were any of the bullets fired and recovered matched to the striation marks of the bore from which it was fired? If you can prove the above then you have your shooter. Chances are you can not. There for you will find a false flag operation orchestrated by bad people in Government who want to turn more good people against the ownership and 2d Amendment right to open carry guns. If this young man did not do the shooting then all and any laws made by or suggested by any of our elected servants are irrelevant and those servants should be charged with treason and many other crimes, I could go into them but you get what I mean.

    “3) We “keep and bear” AR-15s and AK-47s as a deterrent against tyranny and for state Militia duty.”

    May I humbly suggest that the word “unorganized” be added into this sentence preceding the word “Militia?” So as to make clear that the “militia” is not to be confused with a state-sanctioned National Guard or other government sponsored / sanctioned entity. Tyranny can be committed by state governments as well as by federal.

    Thanks and Keep up the good work.

      For a good primer on how the Militia System established by the Framers was destroyed by Title 10 and various other machinations by usurpers in DC, watch MOLON LABE which we produced in association with OATH KEEPERS several years back. This goes into the organized and unorganized Militia and what they are doing today. http://www.HomeVideo.net

      “May I humbly suggest that the word “unorganized” be added into this sentence preceding the word “Militia?””

      John Smilie warned: “Congress may give us a select militia which will, in fact, be a standing
      army–or Congress, afraid of a general militia, may say there shall be no militia at all. When
      a select militia is formed; the people in general may be disarmed.”

      James Madison: “… large and permanent military establishments … are forbidden by the principles of free government, and against the necessity of which the militia were meant to be a constitutional bulwark.”

      You may suggest it, but your suggestion would be in error. Do as James Jaeger suggests and watch that. Here is the framers, etc on it, follow it up with these comments. Understand that the US Constitution mentions the Militia of the several States, and that no Lawful Militia can be governmental, BUT those who serve within our governments are REQUIRED in writing to use the Militia of the several States to…
      — Enforce the US Constitution (supreme Law of this land that requires that ALL legislation be in Pursuance thereof it) and each state’s Constitution (highest Law of the state except in the rare instances where there is conflict with the US Constitution).
      — Enforce and keep the “Laws of the Union” (which are constitutional laws ONLY),
      — Protect the country against all enemies both domestic and foreign, and
      — “to suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions”.

      The above summarized list is found in the US Constitution, Article 1, Section 8, Clause 15. The DUTIES that those that serve within the State and Federal governments have TO THE MILITIA OF THE SEVERAL STATES is found in Clause 16.
      — Clause 15: “To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel invasions.“
      — Clause 16: “To provide for organizing, arming and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress”.

      Richard Henry Lee: “A militia, when properly formed, are in fact the people themselves …” (First Senate)

      George Mason, Co-author of the Second Amendment: “I ask, Sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people except for a few public officials. To disarm the people is the best and most effectual way to enslave them.”

      Thomas Cooley: “The right is general. It may be supposed from the phraseology of this provision that the right to keep and bear arms was only guaranteed to the militia; but this would be an interpretation not warranted by the intent. The militia, as has been explained elsewhere, consists of those persons who, under the law, are liable to the performance of military duty, and are officered and enrolled for service when called upon… If the right were limited to those enrolled, the purpose of the guarantee might be defeated altogether by the action or the neglect to act of the government it was meant to hold in check. The meaning of the provision undoubtedly is, that the people, from whom the militia must be taken, shall have the right to keep and bear arms, and they need no permission or regulation of law for that purpose”.

      Samuel Adams: “It is always dangerous to the liberties of the people to have an army stationed among them, over which they have no control … The Militia is composed of free Citizens. There is therefore no danger of their making use of their Power to the destruction of their own Rights, or suffering others to invade them..”

      Patrick Henry: “If you have given up your militia, and Congress shall refuse to arm them, you have lost every thing. Your existence will be precarious, because you depend on others, whose interests are not affected by your infelicity.”

      Justice Story, Associate Justice, Supreme Court wrote: “The next amendment is: “A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
      “The importance of this article will scarcely be doubted by any persons, who have duly reflected upon the subject. The militia is the natural defence of a free country against sudden foreign invasions, domestic insurrections, and domestic usurpations of power by rulers. It is against sound policy for a free people to keep up large military establishments and standing armies in time of peace, both from the enormous expenses, with which they are attended, and the facile means, which they afford to ambitious and unprincipled rulers, to subvert the government, or trample upon the rights of the people. The right of the citizens to keep and bear arms has justly been considered, as the palladium of the liberties of a republic; since it offers a strong moral check against the usurpation and arbitrary power of rulers; and will generally, even if these are successful in the first instance, enable the people to resist and triumph over them”.

      Tench Coxe, Delegate to the Constitutional Convention of 1787: “Who are the militia? are they not ourselves. Is it feared, then, that we shall turn our arms each man against his own bosom. Congress have no power to disarm the militia. Their swords, and every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birth-right of an American… The unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state governments but, where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the people.”

      Tench Coxe, ‘Remarks on the First Part of the Amendments to the Federal Constitution’, in the Federal Gazette, June 18, 1789, on the Second Amendment where he asserts that it’s the people with arms, who serve as the ultimate check on government: “As civil rulers, not having their duty to the people duly before them, may attempt to tyrannize, and as the military forces which must be occasionally raised to defend our country, might pervert their power to the injury of their fellow-citizens, the people are confirmed by the next article in their right to keep and bear their private arms”.

      Joseph Stalin said in 1933: ”The United States should get rid of its militias”; and those who serve within our governments did so.

      George Washington: “A free people ought not only to be armed, but disciplined; to which end a uniform and well-digested plan is requisite; and their safety and interest require that they should promote such manufactories as tend to render them independent of others for essential, particularly military, supplies.”

      Nunn vs. State, 1 Ga. (1 Kel.) 243, at 251 (1846): ” `The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.’ The right of the whole people, old and young, men, women and boys, and not militia only, to keep and bear arms of every description, and not such merely as are used by the militia, shall not be infringed, curtailed, or broken in upon, in the smallest degree; and all this for the important end to be attained: the rearing up and qualifying a well-regulated militia, so vitally necessary to the security of a free State. Our opinion is that any law, State or Federal, is repugnant to the Constitution, and void, which contravenes this right.”

      Wilson v. State, 33 Ark. 557, at 560, 34 Am. Rep. 52, at 54 (1878): “To prohibit a citizen from wearing or carrying a war arm … is an unwarranted restriction upon the constitutional right to keep and bear arms. If cowardly and dishonorable men sometimes shoot unarmed men with army pistols or guns, the evil must be prevented by the penitentiary and gallows, and not by a general deprivation of constitutional privilege.”

      Cockrum v. State, 24 Tex. 394, at 401-402 (1859): “The right of a citizen to bear arms, in lawful defense of himself or the State, is absolute. He does not derive it from the State government. It is one of the “high powers” delegated directly to the citizen, and `is excepted out of the general powers of government.’ A law cannot be passed to infringe upon or impair it, because it is above the law, and independent of the lawmaking power.”

      For Consideration
      Daniel Webster: “Where is it written in the Constitution, in what article or section is it contained, that you may take children from their parents and parents from their children, and compel them to fight the battles of any war in which the folly and wickedness of the government may engage itself? Under what concealment has this power lain hidden, which now for the first time comes forth, with a tremendous and baleful aspect, to trample down and destroy the dearest right of personal liberty? Who will show me any Constitutional injunction which makes it the duty of the American people to surrender everything valuable in life, and even life, itself, whenever the purposes of an ambitious and mischievous government may require it? … A free government with an uncontrolled power of military conscription is the most ridiculous and abominable contradiction and nonsense that ever entered into the heads of men”.
