FBI Violent Extremist Groups Website Short and One-Sided on Domestic Examples

It’s fair to ask who’s pulling the strings here, and if President Trump will cut them.

“Don’t Be a Puppet: Pull Back the Curtain on Violent Extremism,” the Federal Bureau of Investigation advises visitors to its website designed to counter radicalization and recruitment of young people by enemies foreign and domestic.

“It’s the FBI’s primary responsibility—working with its many partners—to protect the nation from attacks by violent extremists,” the website overview explains. “One important way to do that is to keep young people—the future of our country—from embracing violent extremist ideologies in the first place. This website is designed to help do just that. Built by the FBI in consultation with community leaders and other partners, it uses a series of interactive materials to educate teens on the destructive nature of violent extremism and to encourage them to think critically about its messages and goals.”

The home page links to six different categories. One is germane to the purpose of this report, “What are Known Violent Extremist Groups?” subdivided into two categories: International and Domestic.

That last one is what I want to focus on. That’s because it’s of special interest to Constitution advocates who have seen their efforts and character tarred in past “fusion center” efforts relying on smears from Southern Poverty Law Center and other totalitarianism-promoting groups. We’ve further seen, for years, SPLC characterizing Oath Keepers as a “hate” group.

So the FBI further breaks down domestic extremist “threats” as: Sovereign citizen extremists; Abortion extremists; Animal rights and environmental extremists; Militia extremists; Anarchist extremists; and White supremacy extremists.

Curious. Absent from the radar are communists and domestic Islamist groups.  And evidently,  George Soros-affiliated “Women’s March” partners, along with #DisruptJ20 radicals and black separatist and reconquista agitators are also of no concern.

So let’s cut to the chase and see who really bears special scrutiny, in the eyes of the FBI, “militia extremists”:

What They Believe: A militia is a group of citizens who come together to protect the country, usually during an emergency. Some militia extremists, however, seek to violently attack or overthrow the U.S. government. Often calling themselves “patriots,” they believe the government has become corrupt, has overstepped its constitutional limits, or has not been able to protect the country against global dangers.

As far as the first and third sentences, what is there to disagree with, or that’s “extreme”?  So the FBI need to elaborate on the second sentence about “violent attacks”:

Who or What They Target: Violent militia extremists mainly target those they believe could violate their constitutional rights, such as police officers and judges. In one 2010 case, a Michigan militia group planned to kill a police officer and later attack the parade of cars in the funeral, hoping to start a large battle. The FBI and its partners stopped them from carrying out their plan.

What they’re referring to is the Hutaree case. That’s the one where the federal judge dismissed all the terror charges against seven defendants, and accepted guilty pleas with sentences for time served for three defendants charged with machine gun possession. That means the FBI is wrong to represent the allegations as fact.

That’s it? That’s what’s being singled out to illustrate the “militia extremist” threat?

Let’s hope the Trump administration soon gets a handle on this kind of taxpayer-funded nonsense. Let’s hope it cuts the strings of bureaucratic puppets still engaged in a propaganda agenda to portray patriots as threats.

““It’s the FBI’s primary responsibility—working with its many partners—to protect the nation from attacks by violent extremists,””

No, the primary duty, via the Oath and US Constitution – the main contract that they operate under which supersedes all other lower level contracts (which is any and every other contract), is that they, and their “many partners”, ‘SUPPORT AND DEFEND” the US Constitution above and before the orders of any superior including the president, and before the duties of the position they occupy. If they do not keep that Oath then they are the “domestic enemies” of our nation, of the American people. Why? Because without the US Constitution there is NO USA, and no American people. No one will own anything because they own them under our US Constitution. Not property, cars, smartphones, clothes, anything and everything.

““One important way to do that is to keep young people—the future of our country—from embracing violent extremist ideologies in the first place.”

No, the way to do that is to teach them about the US Constitution, their state Constitution; and that our government is a constitutional republic; and to teach them what duties the US Constitution assigns to them such as Jurors, Grand Juries and Grand jury Investigations, Elections, their place to train as the Militia so that they can not only defend their homes, neighborhoods, cities, states, but are also trained to defend their nation.

As the Militia has as its constitutionally assigned duties to:
    — Enforce the US Constitution and each state’s Constitution,
    — Enforce and keep the “Laws of the Union” (which are constitutional laws ONLY),
    — Protect the country against all enemies both domestic and foreign, and
    — “to suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions”.

It is the people, trained and armed as the Militia, who those that serve within the federal government are REQUIRED to use for the above listed duties.

See, what those who wrote that little anti-American propaganda piece forget, is that all about our government is in writing, that NO person is our government, merely serve within it under a written contract backed by a lawfully required Oath; and that breaking the Oath does three things – is a felony, is the crime of Perjury, and makes the person no longer meet the requirements of the position they occupy.

Brookfield Construction Company V. Stewart 284 F Sup. 94: “An officer who acts in violation of the constitution ceases to represent the government.”

“The basic purpose of a written constitution has a two-fold aspect, first securing [not granting] to the people of certain unchangeable rights and remedies, and second, the curtailment of unrestricted governmental activity within certain defined spheres.” Du Pont v. Du Pont, 85 A 724.

“The constitution of a state is stable and permanent, not to be worked upon the temper of the times, not to rise and fall with the tide of events. Notwithstanding the competition of opposing interests, and the violence of contending parties, it remains firm and immoveable, as a mountain amidst the strife and storms, or a rock in the ocean amidst the raging of the waves.” Vanhorne v. Dorrance, supra.

“Sovereignty itself is, of course, not subject to law, for it is the author and source of law; but in our system, while sovereign powers are delegated to the agencies of government, sovereignty itself remains with the people, by whom and for whom all government exists and acts.” Yick Wo v. Hopkins, 118 U.S. 356

If you (generic “you”) are an agent for the FBI, you were required in writing to take an Oath to support and defend the US Constitution above and before the orders of superiors and the duties of the position you occupy. It really is time for you to read the US Constitution, and make up YOUR own mind if you wish to further be involved in the destruction from within of our nation. That same decision is also needed by all others who are serving within the government – elected, hired, contracted, etc. Choose Treason and being a *Terrorist, or standing up for the US Constitution.

*28 C.F.R. Section 0.85 Terrorism is defined as “the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives”.

    The choice is yours.

God Bless and Stay Safe All

If there were never intended to be action to defend the Constitution from those who are domestically attempting to destroy its power and authority, why would each Oath require it of those who take the Oaths?

Chief Tecumseh: “When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.”

As you referenced, it is the duty of “the Militia of the several States” “to execute the Laws of the Union”. However, over decades the populace have been led to believe that militia is a “bad” word, so to speak, and that the National Guard is now the militia. All false, but it is how the vast majority views the subject.
Perhaps we should spend some time pointing out that the National Guard are “Troops” that the Congress has allowed the states to “keep *** in time of Peace” at Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3. Of course there is also the issue of changing the clearly defined words of the Constitution that were debated, and agreed upon. The definitions that the ratification embraced, cannot be changed without a constitutional amendment.
Obviously there are those here who have the where-with-all to promote the education, and hopefully enlighten not only the public, but also our new president as to the correct and lawful execution of the laws.

Built into the hearts of all bureaucrats is a desire for self-preservation. And it is apparent that most of those in the government now are more focused on that than anything else. It is a small move from supporting and defending the Constitution to supporting and defending the “government” as it now stands.
They have INERTIA. They are selfish and want CONTROL.

“They believe the Govt. has become corrupt, has overstepped it’s Constitutional limits ” ! Where did we ever get that Idea ?…..”They have erected a multitude of offices, and sent out swarms of agents to harass us and eat out our substance ” – from the Declaration of Independence. Of course, It’s not coercive bureaucratic tyranny if the Govt. does it. It’s ludicrus to see a denizen of Federal culture casting about in it’s own fantasy world and come up with an “Educational” screed. As far as I can see these “Sovereign Citizens” – whoever they are – are about as much of a threat to anyone as the abominable snowman, but they’re a leading figment in the Federal fairy tale. No, folks, from my experience as one of the accused in the Malhure trial, this federal culture is a self-sustaining alternate reality. The disconnect and misunderstanding between we the people and this through the looking glass world is starkly similar to the misunderstanding between the Colonies and the British Govt.

Unstated in their effort is the certainty that the ONE that is our true enemy is Islam and muslims. But they can’t say that according to the orders from the elite who seem to be in control. If you go back and reread the article with that in mind, it makes a little more sense. As it is now, it can easily be construed as being an effort to suppress real patriots.

When you read this definition, who stands out to you? Excepting most Progressive groups (especially BLM), I would put Gangs and the US Government right at the top of that list. The ideologies they listed have become outliers for the most part.

    Read my lips: Your fired!

What is it about our leadership that they openly promote the destruction of our constitution and country? Simple, no one in leadership is an oath keeper, and patriot to our nationalism. So, if anyone has Trumps ear, fire these agency administrators, replace with oath keepers who are charged to replace the current culture of globalist progressivism.

We know who is on the enemy list of 74 so called categories. Time to change the list to the patriot list and put the people who conspired to author the list on a no fly list and enemy of state watch list. Arrest them for insurrection and treason. They want us dead, we need to be serious about the threat, not just discuss it.

Now you are beginning to understand. The Trump admin. may well be a force for good. But that is not a certainty as we see too many who are NOT on the same page with patriots.
I can see no justification for Tillerson, Mnuchin, Chaos, and Coates.

The militia is more Constitutional than the FBI. The Constitution only gives the Feds authority to deal with the crimes of piracy, counterfeiting, and treason. “Terrorism” should be dealt with by the states or those organizations necessary for a free state, the militias.

This PROVES the FBI is the number one extremist group in the country. They deliberately aid and abet the psychos who DO go to violent and terminal extremes to shut up and beat up everyone who disagrees with THEIR extremist ideologies and criminal activities. Soros isn’t the only source of violence against American citizens – the FBI is numero uno!

Have they turned the corner. Are they now working FOR America? With Comey’s action on Hillary, it is difficult to believe in them at all. He was and is their head. And he surrendered to the evil that was and is Democrats. Will they do it again, if, say, the elite ONE WORLD ORDER gives them instructions that they “can’t refuse.”?
    No, I don’t trust them.

The FBI,CIA and every government agency needs to be “extremely vetted” before they can start vetting the rest of the world. They need to clean-up their own back yards first and follow the Constitution to the letter of the law. That includes the “Muslim Brotherhood” embedded in many of our government offices by Obama and his constituents,(like George Soros for example).

I think that Oath keepers should examine the possibility of aquiring federal funds in the form of a voucher… To assist border patrol agents in securing our Border ….. With the new camander of Homland security this could be possible… Ofcorse volunteers would have to be vetted….. The funds would be minimal amount 1000′—1500 per month per individual… On a rotational baisas….

If we are going to clean up our country we have to clean out our public schools and colleges of these socialist/communist teachers and professors. Who was it that said “We will conquer you without firing a shot, we will conquer you from withing”? This has been going on for many years now and that is why you have those demonstrations. I have been out of school now since 1950 and joined the USAF in 1952 retired from the USAF in 1972 and retired from Civil Service in 1994. I am 83 years old and can see the difference in the US from when I was a young one.

A person has to be honest, have a moral attitude, and believe in the constitution before they will feel compelled to uphold it at any cost. Name 10 elected government officials that are in positions of authority who meet those guidelines.

It seems to me that OK Leadership should press for an audience with our new President, perhaps through our contacts in the military? It has been said that we have many on the inside who are sympathetic to our cause but have been fearful to “come out” under previous administrations. If BLM (Black Lives Matter) was granted time with B.O. – as true constitutional patriots there is absolutely no reason for Trump to deny us. He seems to share much of our “agenda” (originalist judges, smaller government, strong military, rule of law). It is time for Oath Keepers to come out of the shadows!

Patience is needed right now. The time for OK or any strong patriot group to approach DJT is not advisable at this time. He has campaign promises that he should and is taking action on and this early in his POTUS position he is in extreme scrutiny by the globalist controlled press. There will be time for OK later but don’t think that should be pushed now.

It would be great if Stewart could get a meeting with the president to point this out. I feel that this president may be more available to the public than others in the past and also that he is having to learn even more about the corruption that has seeded into our government on the fly. I am liking most of what I have seen so far. This is of course a very important concern. Ideally the militia would be celebrated and prevalent. In fact, I would support every household having arms and each person in it knowing how to defend themselves. Thanks for all you guys do.

How could they not know about them ? It is public knowledge known by all. There is one about 50 miles from the town I live in and the local police and Sheriff’s Departments are aware as well and say that as long as there is no trouble, they are left alone. I disagree and think that the camp should be cleaned out and and the occupants investigated and “handled” appropriately. This is not acceptable on American soil.
