Congressional Dem Wants Mandatory Gun Buyback/Confiscation | “Go After the Resisters”

The anti-gun leaders are always talking about how we need “common sense” gun measures. Most of them will deny they want to take our guns from us. So, what “common sense” measures are they wanting?

California Democratic Congressman Eric Swalwell wants to have a nationwide buy back of all “assault weapons” and to “go after the resiters”.

The End Game is to totally disarm us. We have known this for years. It is what tyrants always want to do.

      Get real!

The cops were so afraid of one deranged teen with an AR-15 they hid outside while children died, till the shooting stopped.

HOW do they figure they are going to take away the guns of 64 Million, armed citizens? NEVER happen! ALL BS and bravado.

All they gotta do is ask nice. I will give em my guns. Then I will give em yours.

      One round at a time.

The gun grabbing pigs are all emboldened because we sit on our asses allowing their treachery. Has one suffered a consequence for any crimes? Hell no.

These pigs live somewhere…. not my neighbor…but somebody’s neighbor.

It’s okay for jihadis to exercise their rage but we are too civilizated. We just wait for all our freedom to disappear. Then bitch…. like I’m doing. But my neighbors aren’t these enemies…they are living somewhere else.

And therein lies the problem, WGP. You and I don’t associate with the people who would take our liberty. Once upon a time I would debate them, but the time for debate is long gone. Sooner or later they’ll resort to violence. Those who live to rule over others always do. The term “reap the whirlwind” comes to mind. It will not be a fair fight, which is kind of ironic given that our adversaries don’t ever fight fair.

It may be as destructive as a tornado and just as brief, leaving the debris for the survivors to sort through.

Imagine drones with their high resolution FLIR targeting homes known or suspected of having weapons of war. Just for starters. After all, look at the mindset and trouble to take out one good man known as LaVoy Finicum. Drones have to depart from somewhere….and return. And there are all the traitors behind the scenes providing the support for actions to be taken against We the People. I recon the violence has started with specific assassinations and through groups such as we saw rise during the impostor regime, not to mention the militarizing of ABC agencies. But they are a small number and live next door to someone.

Im ready to get this thing going, the longer we wait the stronger our enemy gets. I raised my right hand back in 1990 and took that oath to. But where the line gets blured is at the law enforcement level. My oath said to defend the constitution from enemies foreign and domestic, but your local law enforcement took a similar oath. Now that being said, our law enforcement boys and girls just happen to be the arm of enforcement for the current enemies of our country and what freedoms we have left.. I for 1 am ready to put our country back right with God and the constitution. But first the true enemy must be called out. Or all this would be for nothing.

I wouldn’t paint all law enforcement with a broad brush. It kind of depends on where you live. I live in a bright red county in a bright red state where my cousin is a deputy sheriff. He and all the other deputies have told the sheriff that, should they be ordered to disarm local citizens without due process or violate their oath in any way, they will all quit. Fortunately their current boss is on the same page, but you have many jurisdictions around the country where that is not the case. If you have doubts as to whether your local LE take their oath seriously, go ask them. It’s been my experience that LEOs who violate their oath with impunity do so proudly and don’t try to hide it. Liberals tend to be arrogant, particularly those who occupy positions of power. Better yet, get to know your local LE, and let them know that as a member of Oath Keepers you support them and will have their back in a crisis situation.

So, where is their “line” drawn? At taking guns from those who will shoot back? What about SWAT teams, do they have them? What about the people who travel, non commercial, in their own vehicles? Are they stopped to check for the unLawful crime of not registering their vehicle, no DL? Yet those are NATURAL Rights protected by the US Constitution. So, again I ask where is the “line” drawn? Because we NEED the line to start and end with the US Constitution – supreme LAW of this land, and with their own state’s Constitution – highest LAW, yes LAW(!), of that state.

See the problem, there are so many constitutional lines that they are already over and do NOT even KNOW that they are constitutionally REQUIRED to protect those rights, as that is what our governments were created for. They, and the AMERICAN people need to be educated in what are our rights. Here is a pretty good cartoon that shows some of them in a funny way, and it was that way in MY lifetime. Yet, even in that time period much unLawfulness had already occurred that I did not know what to be protected. We have come that far out of line.

Small list, and understand that this includes not only the military and LE’s, but all who serve within our governments.
        — Those who serve within our governments have NO LAWFUL say over our property – what we do with it, etc, nor can the people be taxed beyond the tax when buying the property. No yearly property tax.
        — No income tax
        — no money that is not backed by gold or silver
        — no fishing or hunting license requirement
        — ditto driving license, vehicle registration
        — No breaking and entering our homes/property except as requirements of the US Constitution are fully met.
        — No wars of aggression, and ALL wars that Americans or contractors are sent to fight MUST be declared by the Congress, and fully be in self-defense of our nation. Not might be needed because in the future X,Y, Z … might attack us. Those are UNLAWFUL wars of aggression, and criminal under the US Constitution (I care not what a foreign entity says, nor nations that wish us to fight their wars)
        — — “We are going to have a war on terror which you can never win, and so you can always keep taking people’s liberties away. The media is going to convince everybody that the war on terror is real. The ultimate goal is to get everybody in the world chipped with an RFID chip, and have all money be on the chips, and if anyone wants to protest what we do, we turn off the chip.” Nicholas Rockefeller to producer Aaron Russo – eleven months before the 9/11 World Trade Center attacks

        — — Henry Kissinger in an address to the Bilderberger meeting at Evian, France, May 21, 1992: “”Today Americans would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order; tomorrow they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told there was an outside threat from beyond whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will pledge with world leaders to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well being granted to them by their world government.”

        — Bill of Rights – needs to be defended at all levels, enforced, as well as enforcing the duties of each of the branches and named office within a branch as is written down in the US Constitution.
        — — The 1783 Treaty of Paris (which ended our war with Great Britain) held that each state was a sovereign nation. As such, each state feared giving up its rights to a powerful central government. Anti-federalists wanted some sort of guarantee that states would remain sovereign and that the power of the federal government would be limited and it would be recognized as a creation of, an agent of, and a servant of the states. They said their votes to ratify could ONLY be obtained if the Constitution contained a bill of rights protecting the rights of the people and their states.

        — Etc

Thomas Jefferson: “When once a republic is corrupted, there is no possibility of remedying any of the growing evils but by removing the corruption and restoring its lost principles; every other correction is either useless or a new evil.”

It is past time for us to remove the corrupt that do NOT serve within our governments at all levels. They take an Oath to, and are contractually bound to the US Constitution, and for state servants, also contractually Oath bound to their own state’s Constitution. It is a felony, Perjury to break the Oath and to break the contract(s), plus other crimes. Is it not time to bring charges? Is it not time to enforce the contracts they are bound to and serve under? Remember, if they do not follow the contract, they make themselves no longer meet the qualifications of the position they occupy. It IS their own fault, their own deliberate criminal actions.

“It is a felony, Perjury to break the Oath and to break the contract(s), plus other crimes.”

It certainly should be, but I’m unable to find anything within the Constitution itself or United States Code that makes breaking the oath a felony or any crime for that matter. As the resident Constitutional scholar, Cal, could you point me in the right direction?
