Captain Clay Higgins Video On Americanism

I had never seen this gentleman before, and have not viewed any of his videos aside from this one, so I am not making any pronouncements at present time. However, I found this video to be very well done and something I can recommend for all Oath Keepers. Please let me know your thoughts on this video in the comments section below this article.

Salute!

He was chased out just a short while ago for making this video. The people prefer tyranny!

    From http://www.katc.com/story/31343894/clay-higgins-leaves-the-st-landry-parish-sheriffs-office

Higgins made the announcement Monday morning on the steps of the St. Landry Parish Courthouse. He says he was not forced to resign, but he felt he need to turn in his badge, which the Sheriff accepted.

“I will not kneel to violent street gangs. I will not kneel to murderers or the parents that raised them. I will not kneel to a discredited, wanna-be, black activist that doesn’t really have the best interest of his people in mind, who just wants to make a profit,” says Higgins. “I will not kneel to bureaucrats in Baton Rouge, Washington or anywhere else who have forgotten why they wear a badge and who have forgotten who they serve.”

Higgins said he loves Sheriff Bobby Guidroz. He admires him and respects him, but he can’t abide by his current orders.
“I would die rather than sacrifice my principles,” Higgins says. “I would leave my wife without a husband, my children without a daddy, rather than kneel to the very forces of evil that I have so long stood against.”

What we all feel in our hearts, only ourselves know 100%!
This is my beliefs and my prayer:
      ROMANS 10:5-13
Moses writes this about the righteousness that is by the law: “The person who does these things will live by them.” 6But the righteousness that is by faith says: “Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?'” (that is, to bring Christ down) 7or ‘Who will descend into the deep?'” (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead). 8But what does it say? The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart” that is, the message concerning faith that we proclaim: 9If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” 10For it is with your heart you believe and are justified and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. 11As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.” 12For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile–the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, 13for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
THIS IS, IN JESUS NAME…THROUGH OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS ALIKE, IN CHRIST JESUS, THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT, AS ‘CHRISTIANS’ STAND FIRM IN AGREEMENT…
      Matthew 11:27
“All things have been committed to me by my Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and know one knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.
      In Jesus Name.
      -Amen

      God bless ♡

It is good that he is gone.

He is clearly marked for far greater things than to be a deputy in some LA backwater parish and needed to be out of where he was.

He defines a man by his words and example and what a leader really is.

I look forward to following his real future and being a part of his further ascent.

This video was good, and I agreed with most of his message. I do not know of him except from this video and what I just read about him resigning, and it seems that was because of pressure from the ACLU.

“ACLU today, who says even if he didn’t make that specific statement, they still are concerned about respecting the principles of the Constitution, especially regarding lawful arrests and due process.”

Considering what the ACLU is trying to pretend is their “constitutional” stance, tell me why are they ignoring the very unconstitutional and even at times treasonous stuff being done by others who serve within our governments – state and federal. But at this time I am particularly talking about all of the unConstitutional stuff that is being, has been already done, and is planned to be done in the future by those who serve within our general (federal) government – particularly Obama, and his minions. Where is the ACLU’s constitutional stand there? Why are we not hearing about them fighting for all Americans.

Lets see, they stand up for transgenders who have no constitutional backing for their actions. They work against Christianity though our nation, our government is based on it. The only constitutional requirement for the federal government is that those that serve within it are NOT allowed to declare a national religion, that they cannot force the people into a ‘state religion” be it of a “god or deity” or of science or technology” It is forbidden to them.

Patrick Henry: “It cannot be emphasized too strongly or too often that this great nation was founded, not by religionists, but by Christians; not on religions, but on the Gospel of Jesus Christ. For this very reason peoples of other faiths have been afforded asylum, prosperity, and freedom of worship here.” Where is their constitutional stand on the many unlawful and unconstitutional wars?

Thomas Jefferson: “I have ever deemed it fundamental for the United States never to take active part in the quarrels of Europe. Their political interests are entirely distinct from ours. Their mutual jealousies, their balance of power, their complicated alliances, their forms and principles of government, are all foreign to us. They are nations of eternal war. “

John Quincy Adams: “America does not go abroad in search of monsters to destroy. She is the well-wisher to the freedom and independence of all. She well knows that by enlisting under other banners than her own, were they even the banners of foreign independence, she would involve herself beyond the power of extrication in all the wars of interest and intrigue, of individual avarice, envy and ambition, which assume the colors and usurp the standards of freedom.”

Where is their stand on “First Degree Murder” (assassination) powers that is not only against the US Constitution, but even against all laws we have?

Where is their stand on the constitutionally REQUIRED Militia that makes the people much safer and is the US Constitution’s enforcement arm, plus the lawful defenders of our borders from these unlawful invaders of our nation?

George Washington, “Sentiments on a Peace Establishment”, letter to Alexander Hamilton; “The Writings of George Washington”: “It may be laid down, as a primary position, and the basis of our system, that every citizen who enjoys the protection of a free government…, but even of his personal services to the defence of it, and consequently that the Citizens of America (with a few legal and official exceptions) from 18 to 50 Years of Age should be borne on the Militia Rolls, provided with uniform Arms, and so far accustomed to the use of them, that the Total strength of the Country might be called forth at Short Notice on any very interesting Emergency.”

Where is the ACLU’s stand on the judges using foreign law unlawfully here, and almost everything except the US Constitution from which their delegated authority comes, and the duties they are to perform (plus their way of removal from that office)?

Where is their stand on the unconstitutional “gun control”? The US Constitution REQUIRED that we be armed and trained.

Where is their constitutional stand on color of law being presented and enforced against the people as if they were real (constitutional) laws/codes/regulations/etc here in America?

Where is their stand on the Election FRAUD being used in every state? (Another action that is against the American people)

Alexander Hamilton, concerning the supremacy clause, Federalist 33: “It will not, I presume, have escaped observation that it expressly confines the supremacy to laws made pursuant to the Constitution.”

Alexander Hamilton: “There is no position which depends on clearer principles that that every act of a delegated authority, contrary to the commission under which it is exercised, is void. No legislative act, therefore, contrary to the Constitution, can be valid.”

Has anyone heard the ACLU take a constitutional stand against “emergency powers” and martial law, both of which is forbidden here in the USA and goes directly against the US Constitution?

Where is their “constitutional” stand on people SERVING WITHIN one branch of the government unlawfully using the delegated authority of another branch or office that is forbidden to them?

Where is their stand against those corrupt who serve within our government trying to use treaties to get around the US Constitution?

Alexander Hamilton: “… a treaty cannot be made which alters the Constitution or which infringes any express exceptions to the power of the Constitution of the United States.”

John Jay, Federalist 64 says that treaties relate to “war, peace, and to commerce” and to the promotion of “trade and navigation”.

Madison, Federalist 42 says treaties also relate to sending and receiving ambassadors and consuls and to commerce.”

What about the states sovereignty, that was NOT delegated to the general government, but only that which deals with mostly foreign affairs as an AGENT FOR the states, where is the ACLU fight for our US Constitution and the federal nature of our DUAL governments?

James Madison, Federalist 14: “In the first place, it is to be remembered, that the general government is not to be charged with the whole power of making and administering laws. Its jurisdiction is limited to certain enumerated objects, which concern all the members of the republic, but which are not to be attained by the separate provisions of any”.

Rawl: “the powers not delegated to congress by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, OR to the people [quoting the 10th Amendment]. What we are about to consider are certainly NOT DELEGATED to congress, nor are they noticed in the prohibitions to states; they are therefore reserved either to the states or to the people. Their high nature, their necessity to the general security and happiness will be distinctly perceived.” “In the second article, it is declared, that a well regulated militia is necessary to a free state; a proposition from which few will dissent. Although in actual war, in the services of regular troops are confessedly more valuable; yet while peace prevails, and in the commencement of a war before a regular force can be raised, the militia form the palladium of the country. They are ready to repel invasion, to suppress insurrection, and preserve the good order and peace of government. That they should be well regulated (trained), is judiciously added. A disorderly militia is disgraceful to itself, and dangerous not to the enemy, but to its own country. The duty of the state government is, to adopt such regulation as will tend to make good soldiers with the least interruptions of the ordinary and useful occupations of civil life. In this all the Union has a strong and visible interest.” And “The corollary, from the first position, is that the right of the people to keep and bear arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.” (caps are mine)

James Madison, Federalist 46: “The Federal and State Governments are in fact but different agents and trustees of the people, instituted with different powers, and designated for different purposes… They must be told that the ultimate authority, wherever the derivative may be found, resides in the people alone; and that it will not depend merely on the comparative ambition or address of the different governments, whether either, or which of them, will be able to enlarge its sphere of jurisdiction at the expence of the other. Truth no less than decency requires, that the event in every case, should be supposed to depend on the sentiments and sanction of their common constituents.” (spelling correction)

James Madison: “It is no doubt very desirable that we should hold out as many inducements as possible for the worthy part of mankind to come and settle amongst us, and throw their fortunes into a common lot with ours. But why is this desirable?”
“Not merely to swell the catalogue of people. No, sir, it is to increase the wealth and strength of the community; and those who acquire the rights of citizenship, without adding to the strength or wealth of the community are not the people we are in want of.”

It is important to understand that James Madison argued plainly that America should welcome the immigrant who could assimilate, but exclude the immigrant who could not readily “incorporate himself into our society.”

George Washington emphasized that immigrants should be absorbed into American life so that “by an intermixture with our people, they, or their descendants, get assimilated to our customs, measures, laws: in a word soon become one people.”

Alexander Hamilton: “The safety of a republic depends essentially on the energy of a common national sentiment; on a uniformity of principles and habits; on the exemption of the citizens from foreign bias and prejudice; and on that love of country which will almost invariably be found to be closely connected with birth, education and family.”

The survival of the American republic, Hamilton maintained, depends upon “the preservation of a national spirit and a national character.” He asserted, “To admit foreigners indiscriminately to the rights of citizens the moment they put foot in our country would be nothing less than to admit the Grecian horse into the citadel of our liberty and sovereignty.”

George Washington, Farewell Address: “It is important, likewise, that the habits of thinking in a free Country should inspire caution in those entrusted with its administration, to confine themselves within their respective Constitutional spheres; avoiding in the exercise of the Powers of one department to encroach upon another. The spirit of encroachment tends to consolidate the powers of all the departments in one, and thus to create whatever the form of government, a real despotism. The necessity of reciprocal checks in the exercise of political power; by dividing and distributing it into different depositories, and constituting each the Guardian of the Public Weal against invasions by the others, has been evinced by experiments ancient and modern; some of them in our country and under our own eyes. To preserve them must be as necessary as to institute them.”

St John Tucker: “The congress of the United States possesses no power to regulate, or interfere with the domestic concerns, or police of any state: it belongs not to them to establish any rules respecting the rights of property; nor will the constitution permit any prohibition of arms to the people;…”

Thomas Jefferson to Wilson Nicholas: “Our peculiar security is in the possession of a written Constitution. Let us not make it a blank paper by construction.”

James Madison: “Do not separate text from historical background. If you do, you will have perverted and subverted the Constitution, which can only end in a distorted, bastardized form of illegitimate government.”

I, personally, am sick and tired of those false agencies working against the American people and the USA and I consider the ACLU one of them.

God bless you Capt! That was one of the most inspiring statements I have ever heard! Dan. 3:17 If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king.
18 But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.

    Hebrews 11:13-14
These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth. For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country.

We are all being forced to a place where we will have to decide to save or sell our own souls. Small mom & pops are slowly being forced out or swallowed up by the box store and multi-nationals. I work for a multi-national. I walked into my own office the other day to find a huge LBGT “BEST in Equality” sign staring me in the face. The good news is that our local county government leader (R) organized the first County Prayer Breakfast last year…we packed the room of the largest venue in the county. Keep the faith my friends…keep the focus local, where we can still make a difference!

This gentleman was more than likely told to issue an apology to the Gremlin gang members(and family),no doubt pressured by the ACLU and Bobby Guidroz, the St. Landry parish sheriff. This video, and it’s message, needs to be cast far and wide in my opinion, as a wake up call to ALL Americans!

Rest assured, he’s serving as a reserve Deputy Marshal in the city of Lafayette, LA now, and his message, as evidenced in this video(in his marshal’s uniform), will not be suppressed there. We can only hope and pray that many many people see and are stirred by this absolute patriot.

Al Sharpton a former Mob informant and drug dealer, is the main leader and pusher for these anti-police and white hate movement. Meanwhile lining his pockets at the expense of the tragedy that pursues. We are all Americans, after 3 years in combat it breaks my heart to see us so torn apart by corruption of our “leaders”, which are elected by the blind and uninformed.
Thanks CPT Higgins for your courage in posting this video and having the courage to go where few others are willing to tred. Our Constitutional rights are being eroded, and covered up by executive order. Hold your elected officials accountable for their vote. We need real strength and moral character in our leaders.
To my fellow veterans; You took an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States, against all enemies foreign and domestic. The Second Amendment was designed to prevent a tyrannical government from ever ruling over us. Obama has implemented the first 4 of 5 key laws/ powers that Hitler used to subdue Germany and create the Socialists Government. Hillary will only finish what he started, and if elected, could put all Americans in great peril.

My thoughts on this video … absolutely phenomenal. I’ve seen other videos of Mr. Higgins, but not this one. I’ve always been impressed by his words, his actions, his dedication to what’s right, and speaking out with actions against what’s wrong. He is a true American and someone for all men, young & old, to strive to be like him … courage in the face of tyranny, humble in the face Gods will. I’d follow his leadership to the edge of the earth. I’m proud to see him on OATH KEEPERS. I’ve seen no other with the greater honor and wisdom as Capt. Higgins.
